We are hiring a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to increase visibility and awareness within our target community. This role will connect big-pharma & biotech and datavisyn’s product development teams, ensuring alignment between market needs and our advanced data visualization solutions. The Business Development & Marketing Specialist will join a collaborative team based in Linz, Austria in a hybrid work environment. Our software solutions support the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the early phases of their drug development. Our vision is to make the discovery and development of new drugs and treatments faster, more reliable, and affordable.

The target compensation for this position starts from € 50,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. However, the compensation package will be adjusted according to your qualifications and experience. We look forward to hearing from you via career@datavisyn.io.

Your SKILLS
  • Formal Education and Experience: Degree and/or professional experience in marketing and/or business development. Familiarity with the biotech, life science, or pharma industry is a plus.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, event marketing, and community engagement.
  • Proven track record of scaling a software product business, including market positioning, go-to-market strategies, and demand generation – ideally, in a B2B software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, capable of translating technical topics into compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Openness to acquiring new skills and familiarising with innovative tools to drive growth
  • Proactive and hands-on approachability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive projects forward independently.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English; German proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
