The visyn platform is designed to build scalable web-based visualization and analysis solutions for drug target discovery and other biomedical research and development applications. The platform provides a plugin mechanism to extend its core capabilities and build feature-rich applications.
Data can be loaded from in-house databases, or uploaded from files or public data repositories. Applications based on the visyn platform can also be extended to use custom data sources.

Reproducible – Provenance tracking and collaboration is where the visyn platform shines: users can share a state with colleagues via a URL, making collaboration seamless. Storing the whole history of an analysis process makes it possible to later reproduce findings or to continue the analysis from a previous state. Provenance tracking capabilities make exploratory data analysis more efficient, collaborative, and sustainable.
